How can I pay?
We only accept Bitcoin as payment.
Why don't you offer bank transfer?
The decision not to offer bank transfer is based on the fact that we forward the deposit to our partners and this could lead to significant delays. To avoid unnecessary delays, we explicitly do not accept bank transfers for the deposit. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make any exceptions. We would like to clarify that we have already addressed this issue in detail in the FAQ. Requests for exceptions will not be dealt with further.
I have heard that there will be a digital driving licence. Will this change anything?
No, don't worry. The introduction of the digital driving licence will only affect the format in which you show or carry your driving licence. However, nothing significant will change for you as a customer.
What happens if I lose my driving licence or it expires?
In case of loss, you can apply for a new driving licence at the driving licence office. The driving licence remains valid and does not have to be obtained again, as it remains valid even if you lose it.
If your driving licence expires, you must go to the driving licence office in your place of residence.
Will it be more expensive if I register several licences?
No, the cost will only vary depending on the number of licences. For example, applying for class B and class A requires a higher deposit than applying for a single licence.
For HGV licences, there is an additional flat fee of €50. Please take this into account when placing your order, as the deposit will be increased by this amount accordingly.
Is it a German driving licence?
Yes, the driving licences offered here are 100% genuine and of German origin. They are duly registered with the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) and are therefore completely legitimate. Our long-standing partnerships with various authorities guarantee this legitimacy.
Our driving licences have holograms and other security features as they are legal and registered documents.
How much does a Polish registered driving licence cost?
The price of a Polish registered driving licence is currently €1500.
